Cancelations & Substitutions

Substitution Policy:  Substitutions may be made at any time, including the day of the workshop.  If someone is attending in your place, please ask them to let us know when they check at the workshop.

Cancelation Policy:  If you are unable to attend, please contact us by postal mail, email, FAX, or telephone to let us know.  Refunds will be made according to the following schedule, based on our receipt of your cancelation:

·         Full refund of amount paid if cancelled 30 or more days prior to workshop.

·         $10.00 USD processing fee per workshop, if cancelled 15 to 29 days prior to workshop.

·         $25.00 USD processing charge per workshop, if cancelled 8 to 14 days prior to workshop.

·         For cancellations made 7 or fewer days prior to the workshop, registration fees may be transferred to another attendee, credited toward a future workshop, or used toward the purchase of KinderKorner Resource Products.

·         Cancellations of registrations qualifying for an Early Registration Bonus (credit to be used toward the purchase of resource materials at the workshop) will not receive the Early Registration Bonus. 

Victoria Smith and KinderKorner.com reserve the right to cancel workshops due to inadequate attendee pre-registrations, Acts of God, and for other reasons beyond the control of KinderKorner.com.  In the event of such cancellation, confirmed registrants will receive notification of the workshop cancellation via email and/or telephone, and will receive a full refund of their prepaid registration fee.  Victoria Smith and KinderKorner.com assume no responsibility or liability for prepaid travel arrangements or other financial commitments made by registrants.

KinderKorner.com respects your privacy and safeguards your personal information.  We do not share your name, address, or other information with outside parties, and do not provide or sell our customer database to advertisers or other individuals, companies, or organizations.
